Claim Policy
We will not be processing claims for missing issues until disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have eased and mail delivery returns to normal. We’ve made this decision because of the following factors:
1. Numerous flights around the world have been cancelled, limiting the delivery of international mail.
2. Most universities and colleges have closed their campuses to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
3. Many countries have declared a situation of force majeure and are no longer delivering mail.
4. In countries with mail delivery, there are significant delays due to safety procedures and lack of personnel.
5. Any replacements mailed at this time will not be delivered for the above reasons.
We will however be extending our claims period and will provide additional information once the situation becomes more stable.
