NEW CYCLING CLASSES

Cycle & Stretch with Shari | Mondays, 9:30am-10:20am
Ride to the beat and build your cardiovascular endurance with jogs, runs, sprints, climbs and interval training. Then relax and rejuvenate with a full body stretch.

Road Cycle with Rick | Mondays & Fridays, 6am-6:50am, Tuesdays, 6pm-6:50pm
Cycling that includes climbing, rolling hills, and fun downhills that emulate outdoor road and mountain biking. Set to music that will stimulate and exhilarate you while providing a workout that you can customize to your own fitness level. No previous cycling experience necessary.

NEW DANCE CLASSES START SOON
Salsa, Bachata & Mambo with Kara | Tuesdays, 9am-9:50amGet your hips loose and your feet moving in this Latin-inspired dance class. We will learn the basics of Latin partner dances in a solo format and build those into combinations that increase balance, strength, rhythm and memorization skills. No partner needed; all skill levels welcome.

Contemporary Dance with Kara | Saturdays, 9am-9:50am
This intro class will teach the basics of contemporary dance. We will incorporate elements of ballet, jazz and modern dance in an accessible way that will progress from warm-up, through walking steps, basic turns, and combinations. All bodies welcome as accommodations will be provided. Come learn the joy of dancing!

Combining the energy and grittiness of urban dance with fitness, U-Jam is a cardio dance experience that feels more like a 90’s House Party than a workout. Join the movement, right here at the club!

Pilates Mat Classes: Complimentary to Members
Build spinal health, core engagement, pelvic stability and overall body awareness in this full body Pilates mat class for the beginner to intermediate. Look for these classes being added to the group fitness schedule soon:
- Tuesdays, 7:30am-8:30am
- Wednesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm (starts 2/1)
- Thursdays, 8:30am-9:30am
- Sundays, 11am-12pm

Pilates Reformer with Lilly | Mondays, 5pm-6pm | Starts 1/30
Explore the wonders of a full body Pilates reformer workout under the direct supervision of a Pilates Trainer. Grip-socks are required. Email Victoria.Franklin@activewellnesscenter.com to sign up.

Pilates Mat for Beginners with Lilly | Thursdays, 5:45pm-6:15pm | Starts 2/2

- In light of the upcoming Valentine's holiday this small group Pilates demo class will focus on movements that promote self-awareness and body positivity, as well as explore self massage Pilates techniques. For couples and individuals alike, come and enjoy an active yet self-indulgent Pilates mat session.
ZONE Partner Workout with Coach Marc at 10an
- Partner-based interval style workout
- Must be a ZONE member to RSVP for yourself + 1
- Must have a partner to participate (6 couples / 12 total participants)

PARENTS' NIGHT OUT
Friday, February 17th, 5pm-8pmBring your kids to enjoy a fun night at the club while you enjoy a night out! We invite kids to join us for fun crafts, active playtime, and a movie starting at 5:30pm. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. Parents are encouraged to send preferred items for children to sit/lay on such as a sleeping bag, blanket or pillow. This event does not require parents to be on-site.
The cost is $7/child; free for Kids Club members. Advance reservations are required no later than 2/15, and can be made in person, by phone (971-571-5327) or by email to reeds.kidsclub@activewellnesscenter.com.
