As we welcome the springtime and look forward to Easter, I wish to update you on the search for Seton Hall’s 22nd president.
This weekend, three candidates will meet with various Seton Hall constituencies. All segments of our community will be represented — students, faculty, staff, administrators, University leadership (including Regents and Trustees), clergy and alumni. Afterward, the participants will provide feedback to our executive recruitment firm, AGB Search.
These meetings constitute the next phase of our presidential search. After this weekend, we will carefully and thoughtfully reflect on the meetings and participant feedback to determine how the process can best achieve a successful outcome. AGB Search will continue to advise the Board of Regents through its selection of a finalist.
As the process advances, I will update you on further developments. I thank everyone who has brought us this far, including the search committee and members of the campus community who participated in last fall’s listening sessions.
