Below are the Iowa Finance Authority's 2026 lender standings through September 30. At the 2026 Top Lender Luncheon, we will recognize the top third-party originator, lending institutions reaching Diamond (150 homebuyers), Platinum (100 homebuyers) and Gold (50 homebuyers) levels, as well as the top individual loan originators.
As a reminder, year-end Top Lender recognition reflects not only production, but also IFA’s review of quality program administration, compliance and partnership throughout the year.
