- University Housing’s annual Energy and Water Competition for on-campus residents is now underway and will conclude on March 31! Use this link to check out the competition and see which residence halls are in the lead.
- DASA Assessment highlighted the work of ASPSA, Prevention Services and OUCCAS in their annual assessment showcase! The showcase recognizes DASA units that are demonstrating assessment best practices. Congratulations to the staff in these units for their great assessment work!
- Special Topics GEP Process Updated – Repeat offerings with no substantive changes can now go through a streamlined process, available year-round, to offer their relevant and innovative courses. - The Career Development Center will host the Spring 2023 Alumni Career Fair on May 10. Learn more about this event and other career fairs this spring here.
- Registration is now open for the first annual Black Research Symposium on March 23-25, centered around the theme “The Power of Community: Afro-Diasporic Worldbuilding and a Sustainable Futurity.” Learn more and register here.
- NC State will be hosting a large-scale emergency response training drill on campus March 14-16. The drills will last from approximately 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day. Classes will not be in session on these days for spring break. Learn more here.

Congrats to all of our University Housing staff who presented at the Southeastern Association of Housing Officers conference! Katrina Pawvluk delivered a keynote speech at SEAHO-U. Meghan Luzader, Savannah Matherly, Donna McGalliard, Justine Hollingshead, Pete Fraccaroli, Scott Wallace, Katie Fisher, Destinee Daugherty and Tom Scearce all presented at the conference.
