Fall Commencement 2022 Set For Next Month

Fall Commencement 2022 is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 18, at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena in downtown Milwaukee. The event begins at 10 a.m. Each eligible graduate must RSVP in order to obtain tickets for their guests to attend the commencement ceremony. READ MORE

The Spring 2023 schedule is now live in PAWS Class Search and on the online schedule of classes. For additional dates and deadlines associated with Spring 2023, see the Registrar’s Office calendar, and the Registrar’s Add/Drop calendar. For Spring 2023, priority enrollment runs Nov. 14 through Dec. 2.

Take Advantage Of Services Offered By Career Planning And Resource Center

UWM's Career Planning and Resource Center helps with career/major exploration, career planning, finding on/off campus jobs and internships, resumes, interviews and more. Walk-in career advising is available Monday-Thursday, while appointments can held both in-person and virtually.

Panther Scholarship Portal Now Accepting Applications

The scholarship awarding cycle for Academic Year 2023-24 began on Oct. 1. All schools and colleges and many academic departments and programs offer scholarships for students based on a variety of factors, including academic merit, leadership, and service. The Panther Scholarship Portal is the one-stop shop to find and apply for most scholarships offered at UWM.

Applications For McNair Scholars Program Due Nov. 30

The UWM Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program is accepting applications through Nov. 30. The program helps increase the number of first-generation, low-income and underrepresented minority students who enter graduate studies leading to a doctorate. It offers a $2,800 stipend to fund a summer research internship, support with graduate school applications and travel to conferences and graduate school visits.
