People, Places, & Major Happenings on Campus

In case you missed it, October was a month full of opportunities to engage with AU on campus! Over 100 people signed up for our Full Moon Arboretum Walking Tour, where Arboretum Manager Mike Mastrota and Stephanie DeStefano took neighbors on an evening stroll through AU's main quad, connecting the dots between the campus, the buildings, AU history, and our beautiful landscaping.
A week later, we hosted our first ever AU Neighborhood Partnership Membership Meeting, bringing together members from all of the Partnership's Working Groups. We were joined by special guest Amy Dacey, Executive Director of AU’s Sine Institute of Policy and Politics, who kicked off the evening with anecdotes from her long career in politics before providing some insight on what to expect on Election Day.
