LET'S GET TOGETHER! You've got your Applicant. You've got your Team. You've done your Independent Review. Now it's time to synthesize! We want to say a huge, "Thank you!" to all of our Examiners for all the work that you have put into making this awards cycle successful and beneficial to our Applicants! Some of you may not have been assigned to a team yet, but don't worry, we'll put you to work before the cycle is over! Make sure to stay engaged with all parts of the process - like the Consensus Review webinar - so that you can make the most of your time as an Examiner! As many of you work through the Consensus Review, make sure to set aside time for your work to stay ahead of deadlines and continue to communicate closely with your team. Moving on... When you finish your Independent Review you must check "done" from the Scorebooks screen in Scorebook Navigator. Your Team Leader won't be able to move the team to consensus if you haven't done this! Once the team moves to Consensus, you will not be able to edit your IR Scorebook. Put the Consensus in Consensus Review. When working through your assigned item before writing comments, review your team members Independent Reviews of that section - What are the commonalities? What are the differences? Everyone sees something different, so take the time to consider other opinions. Preparing for Your Site Visit. Remember, every OFI comment and role model strength should be logged as a Site Visit Issue so that you can clarify or verify on site. Copy and Paste this Tip Scorebook Navigator is picky when it comes to formatting and the Copy & Paste functions. Pro tip: skip the keyboard functions and use the Copy and Paste buttons within the program to save yourself some hassle. If you're still having trouble, check your text for special characters- like %, #, <, or > - as these can also cause problems when pasting text.
