Dear Colleagues,

We’re excited to share that JEMS 2.0 is now live!

Any entries that were not approved by 5:00 PM EST on March 7 will need to be resubmitted in JEMS 2.0.

Reminders

Log in via the JEMS card on NYUHome (note: VPN is required).
Be sure to favorite and bookmark the card and delete old links to legacy JEMS to avoid confusion.
Entries previously submitted and approved in Legacy JEMS are accessible through a link in JEMS 2.0.

Training Resources

Visit the FinanceLink Accounting & Reporting website for user resources including:
- Training session recording
- JEMS User Guide, Quick Start Guide, Debit & Credits chart
The detailed User Guide and Debit and Credits chart are also available in JEMS 2.0.

Office Hours

Drop-in to ask questions or get help with actual journal entries. Visit the FinanceLink Accounting & Reporting website as additional sessions will be offered next week and the week of the April close.
