60 DAYS IN AND SALES RECORDS ARE BEING SHATTERED
On July 1st, the executive management team of Traxium, LLC announced their acquisition of the assets of R & J Printing Enterprises, Inc. dba Newhouse Printing in Dover, Ohio. Newhouse joined Printing Concepts, Marketing Concepts, Fulfillment Concepts, Packaging Concepts, Media Concepts and Serendipity Holdings as part of the Traxium family of companies. This strategic acquisition was part of Traxium’s long term vision of bringing together industry leading printing and marketing companies to create the premier organization in Northeast Ohio and beyond.
This was a merger of two well managed, growth oriented, financially strong and very profitable companies who are coming together to use their combined resources to better serve our rapidly growing client base within the Ohio region and beyond.
John Carpenter, former President of Newhouse Printing, is a Member in Traxium, LLC and transitioned to the role of Executive Vice President of Business Development in leading the sales, marketing, and business development efforts for all divisions. “Our valued customers can expect to receive the superior product and excellent service that is the trademark of both Newhouse and Printing Concepts, as well as look forward to our continued expansion of both traditional and on-demand printing and marketing services.
