May Commencement & Graduation Deadline: March 31st

While commencement is the ceremony celebrating graduation, graduation itself is the completion of all your degree requirements. Thus, all students must notify the office of Registration and Records and the School of Education of their intent to graduate by submitting an Application for Graduation in Pathway by 11:59 pm. Instructions to apply for graduation can be found Here. Any applications that need to be submitted after this deadline must be submitted on a paper application and accompanied by a Graduation Petition.

Summer graduates are welcome to participate in the May commencement. If you plan to walk in the ceremony, you must apply by March 31st!

#RoosforMentalHealth

RoosForMentalHealth, a mental health and wellness campaign, runs every month creating opportunities and providing resources to enhance proactive self-care strategies among staff, faculty, and students. Our hope is to help cure the stigma related to mental health by increasing awareness of important and common issues, as well as guidance on how to recognize distress in others and how to respond when necessary.
Additionally, we emphasize the importance of wellness in our approach to mental health by providing education on the relationships between mental health and topics such as sleep, physical activity, nutrition, relationships, academic performance and more.  Look for our tabling events throughout campus to sign up for giveaways and get free swag!
