Next Steps: Annual Planning & Budgeting
The Budget & Planning Office has moved the Annual Plan module to view-only and is now finalizing reports to support review and analysis, with publication of the FY27 Annual Plan anticipated in July. As part of this review process, there may be follow-up questions for control points. The annual planning process is a critical tool for proactively understanding and planning for UCSB's financial health, and we appreciate everyone who contributed data, feedback, and support throughout this first budget cycle. The next phase of annual planning focuses on carryforwards and will begin in late summer/fall following fiscal year-end close.
