Faculty members and Trustee appointed as consultors to the Vatican

Pope Leo XIV recently appointed two faculty members, Emmanuel Katongole and Clemens Sedmak, along with Trustee Kathryn “Katie” Koch, as consultors to the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development.

“These appointments are a tremendous honor not only for Emmanuel, Clemens, and Katie, but for the University as a whole. . . We look forward to the ways their leadership and wisdom will guide the important work of the dicastery.”—University President Rev. Robert A. Dowd, C.S.C.
