Easy Ramen Noodle Salad

Source: Feed Me Vegan


2 bags shredded broccoli and carrots or 1 lg head of napa cabbage chopped fine
5 diced green onions
2 packages of ramen noodle soup - break up the noodles well
1/2 c sesame seeds
1/2 c organic earth balance
1 small package slivered almonds

1/3 EVOO
3 tsp Braggs Aminos or soy sauce
1/3 c agave
2/3 c apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sea salt

Brown noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in the earth balance until light brown in color on stove top (you can roast in oven at 350 degrees until golden, stirring occasionally).  Cool.  Mix together cabbage (or shredded carrots/broccoli mix) onions and dressing at least 20 minutes before serving.
