Please remember to place trash out the morning of trash pick-up only to keep bears safe and out of our neighborhoods. Thank you for your efforts to keep the community and local wildlife safe!

Join Cari Shurman for Qigong as the full moon rises. The class will be outside in Cari's backyard, located in RVR at 4135 Crystal Bridge Drive. The yin energy of the moon is very peaceful, and attendees will practice gentle movements in the moonlight. Everyone is welcome! Previous experience with Qigong is not necessary to attend. Please bring a flashlight, wear soft, comfortable shoes and a jacket for the cooler evening temps.
It is a wonderful way to end the day under the Harvest Moon. In the case of bad weather, the class will be canceled.
