Rita Parai selected as Goldschmidt Plenary Speaker
|
|
|
|
Rita Parai has been selected as a plenary speaker at the 2026 Goldschmidt Conference, one of the most prestigious international meetings in geochemistry. As a plenary speaker, Parai joins a small group of globally recognized leaders invited to highlight major advances shaping the field. She will deliver the Paul W. Gast Lecture, “Snapshots of an evolving planet from noble gases,” exploring how noble gas isotopes provide a powerful window into Earth’s formation and evolution.

When NASA’s Artemis rocket launched, Paul Byrne was already looking ahead to the next phase of lunar exploration. Through the Geosciences Node of NASA's Planetary Data System, his team will help manage and share data from upcoming lunar missions, enabling new discoveries about the Moon.
