Happy (almost) Spring!

We are looking forward to warmer days & flowers sprouting from the ground.  We believe 2025 is going to be a season of growth and expansion for Young Lives.  We are excited about the new teen moms the Lord is bringing to us to love and support.  Please keep praying for us to reach more teen moms in 2025! 
One way we reach teen moms is by partnering with our local pregnancy centers.  This is how we met our newest teen mom Jaylee, who is expecting her baby in June. At our February Club we and the other moms welcomed Jaylee and got to know her. We are looking forward to spending more time with her and supporting her during & after her pregnancy. We have also connected with Jazmine, who had her baby Kavon last November, and with Negley, who participated in Young Life & Young Life College and would like to be a part of YoungLives. We're looking forward to welcoming them both to our March Club.
God is so good!  Even when we don't see it, He is moving behind the scenes.  Let's continue to pray for more teen moms to be a part of YoungLives and invite Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior.  God will do it!

During Club in February

the moms made heart-shaped pillows for their beds. We told them that every time they see the pillow, to think about God's great love for them.  In addition to sharing God's love, we also talked about what YoungLives is, how we support teen moms and the fun activities we do. 

Speaking of fun,

on August 7th we will be driving to Lake Champion in New York for summer camp!  Please also keep this in your prayers.  We are believing for all our teen moms and their babies to attend.  This is a wonderful opportunity for them to get to know Jesus in new ways, grow in their faith and have a blast with other teen moms.  Would you like to invest in sending a teen mom to camp? Please let us know. Camp this year will cost $900 per camper (including transportation). 

Camp is only one

way that we share the Good News.  We also have Campaigners (Bible study) following Club.  At our last Campaigners we started reading a book titled God Girl.  Our goal is to walk with our teen moms on their journey to knowing God in new ways and developing a personal relationship with Him through Jesus.
