A Word From Mr. Martin
Dear Parents,
I was recently on a flight from Washington DC back home to Seattle. As I took my seat in preparation for the almost 5-hour flight, I noticed a mother and two young children sitting behind me. I noticed them because my seat was shaking from the young children kicking and bumping the back of the seat. I was preparing myself for a long journey!

Middle School Art
On Monday, two of our middle school art classes began a new project. They will be creating art that will be sent to students in Pakistan to help promote global friendship and peace. Once our students finish their art, we will pray over the pieces and get them ready for shipping. Our students will also receive a piece of art that has been sent to us from Pakistan. If you would like to donate to this project, it will cost about $12 per student to send the art to Pakistan. Also, all money raised in December at our Fine Arts Showcase will go to pay shipping charges as well. If you would like more information about how you can support this project, please contact Ms. Jobe.

FACTS Tuition Management
As mentioned in a letter from Mr. Martin just before the beginning of the school year, Stephanie Guptill has transitioned away her role in Accounts Receivable that she has held for several years. She has graciously worked over the past nine months to help LCA make the transition to our new tuition management system called FACTS. Stephanie has helped our families set up their payment plans and navigate the new system. We are appreciative of the efforts she has put into working with families to make this transition go so smoothly.
While doing this, Stephanie has been facilitating an effective ‘hand off’ and is now ready for the new adventure she has been planning for some time. Beginning October 14th, she will no longer be the school billing contact.
Families should now plan to contact FACTS directly for any billing or payment questions. The FACTS customer service phone number is 1.866.441.4637.
Please feel free to contact the LCA office if you have any questions.
