Don’t forget to list an RSVP deadline on your invitations.
We suggest setting it to be a month before your event date
rather than listing the catering deadline date.
This way you have 2 or so weeks to follow up
with people who haven’t RSVP’d yet and fine tune your seating plan
before having to turn in your count to your vendors!
In addition to catering, be sure to also update your count with
your venue, planner, florist, and any other vendors
who may be needing to adjust counts.
