  • The next DASA Hours for DASA faculty and staff to meet with Vice Chancellor and Dean Doneka R. Scott is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 6. DASA co-working will be held Nov. 19.
  • Attend a Nov. 7 Reporter training about building a trauma-informed practice for faculty and staff.
  • On Nov. 8, the Women’s Center will host an online discussion with the Council on the Status of Women about postpartum care and returning to work.
  • First in the Pack will celebrate national First-Generation College Celebration Day on Nov. 8. Please complete this brief form if you are available to volunteer for a painting event at at the Free Expression Tunnel.
  • Jeffrey Wright Military and Veteran Services invites you to attend the dedication of the new NC State Veterans Memorial Garden on the Court of North Carolina on Nov. 11 at 2 p.m.
  • Acclaimed Taiwanese choreographer and inventor Huang Yi is in residence with NC State LIVE for a week of events from Nov. 11-16.
  • At the Crafts Center’s 39th annual Holiday Crafts Fair on Nov. 23, discover handmade pottery, glass, jewelry, wood, fiber, mixed media arts items and more.
  • The NC State Council on the Status of Women is launching a call for community vignettes from students, staff, faculty and alums for presentation at the 2025 Sisterhood Dinner on Feb. 24, 2025. Priority submissions close on Nov. 22. More information is available at go.ncsu.edu/sisterhood.

  • Flu vaccinations are available for students, faculty and staff on campus via appointments and walk-in clinics! COVID-19 vaccinations are available by appointment.
  • The NC State Office of Undergraduate Courses, Curricula and Academic Standards will hold office hours every Friday for the rest of the school year at 10 a.m.
  • Counseling and Prevention Services will hold three Opioid Overdose Prevention, Education, and Naloxone Training sessions over the rest of this semester.
