Engaging Constructively in Conflict-Part 2October 6, 2021 4:00 - 5:00 pm Changed to a Zoom session Presented by Jessica Kutcha-Miller, JD Registration for Zoom link.
Conflict is inevitable. While it is neither good nor bad in and of itself, how it is handled can impact the outcome. Engaging constructively in conflict means being willing to discuss issues openly and honestly, to take perspective and listen to understand. But, this is not easy to do. Participants will explore how conflict shows up at work and identify ways to respond effectively when it does. This workshop is a continuation of the June program with case studies and discussion. You do not need to have attended part 1 to participate.
