Focus on Your Mental Health During Fall Break
Remember that Fall Break is Monday, October 24 and Tuesday, October 25, and it's a great time to relax and practice some self-care. Some ways to do this include:
- Catching up on sleep
- Journaling, meditating, practicing yoga
- Spending time with friends and/or family
- Listening to music, reading a book, watching a TV show
- Going for a walk outside or going to the gym
- Working on your passions and hobbies
Note: Health Services will be open its normal hours during Fall Break.
