Northeast
When Club 1915, Inc. built and put Religious/WRRO (89.9fm, Edon, Ohio) on the air in 2012, WRRO had its antenna pointed southwest towards Indiana. Last year, Club 1915, Inc. sold WRRO for $5,000 to Our Lady of Guadalupe Radio. Our Lady of Guadalupe Radio recently filed an FCC application to increase WRRO's power from 1,400 watts to 15,000 watts, and increase the antenna height about two feet, with a directional pattern to the east. WRRO's tower sits near OH-49, on the south side of Edon.
Northwest
The FCC denies an Indiana Community Radio Corp. application for WCNB (91.5fm, Dayton). The WCNB application proposed a tower move to just west of the Frankfort Municipal Airport, and a power increase to 5,000 watts. The FCC says that proposed move would have caused a 60 dBu protected contour overlap of both Moody Radio's Religious/WIWC (91.7fm, Kokomo) and Fountain Warren Community Radio's Variety/WFWR (91.5fm, Attica).
Westcentral
An antenna problem darkened both Nexstar NBC affiliate WTWO-TV (Channel 2, Terre Haute) and Mission Broadcasting ABC affiliate WAWV (Channel 38, Terre Haute) on Tuesday evening (07/25). Both NBC and ABC affiliates returned to the air, but their subchannels (Laff, Escape, Grit, Bounce) haven't yet returned to the air.
