Holiday & Inclement Weather Policy Information
With the holiday winter season almost upon us, we want to remind you about how we communicate closures.
Inclement Weather Procedures:
One of the silver linings to our current situation is our ability to pivot to online lessons when needed. Going forward, should we have inclement weather that effects our roads or ability for staff to come to the school, we will most likely opt for online lessons that day instead of closing. On such days, we will send out an email by Noon to ensure you are aware of any changes for that day and we will post on our social media sites so that in person students and groups know what to do on that day.
Holidays & Schedule
Your tuition is based on a 48-week year/4 lessons per month + certain holiday closures. On our designated holidays, we do not offer make up lessons as these have already been built into our fee structure. Occasionally, we do offer a make up day in advance of Winter Break on a specific date and will announce that in advance for you to take advantage of. We are OPEN for most holidays but do observe the following and are closed on these dates:
Thanksgiving Weekend 2020 – November 26th thru November 29th.
Winter Break 2020 – December 24th thru January 1st
Memorial Day Weekend
4th of July
Labor Day Weekend
