Student Spotlight(s)
Celebrating National Sibling DayThis week, we celebrated National Sibling Day by chatting with a few of our seniors about their siblings - what makes them proud, most annoying habits, and so much more. Read below to catch a glimpse of the special bond between siblings.

Carson, Garrett and Richie Jones
What is something your siblings do/have done that makes you proud of them? Carson: I am proud that Richie got into the Kelley School of Business, and I am proud of Garrett for his success as a four-year varsity volleyball player Richie: Just my siblings always being there for me makes me proud being a triplet because not many people have the opportunity like we have, and I try to appreciate that everyday. I admit, my life would be completely different without them, and I'm glad they are my brothers even though we tend to disagree and fight about almost about everything Garrett: Both of my brothers were born with the clef lip/palate and have endured surgeries, and will likely have one more for cosmetic reasons. They have never let it get them down. I admire their strength and am so proud to be their brother.

Caitlin and Kevin Morton
What is the weirdest habit your sibling has? Caitlin: He does not know how to sit on a couch. Picture the way you imagine a person sits. Now just completely flip it on its head because that's Kevin. He will sit on the floor on his knees hunched over the seat cushions with his phone propped up. Kevin: Caitlin's weirdest habit is that when she sneezes, it sounds like a high pitched cat meow. I think it's the weirdest sneeze I've ever heard, but she swears she can't help it.

Avery and Parker Moore
What drives you craziest about your sibling? Avery: He is usually very energetic in the morning, and I simply am not in the mood for that at 7:15. Parker: When she is grouchy in the morning.

Mallory and Spencer Reist
What What is your favorite aspect of attending Brebeuf with your sibling? Mallory: Seeing him everyday at school, and rooting for him at his basketball games. Spencer: It makes us closer going to the same school and hanging out with some of the same people.

Caps For Padre nearing in on new 500lb goal
We want to thank everyone for continuing to collect caps in support of the Caps for Padre project. We are grateful for all of the donations and have been surprised at how quickly all of this plastic adds up!
It's hard to believe that we blew right past our original goal of 250 lbs. of caps and are quickly closing in on a whopping 500 lbs! Reaching 500 lbs. enables us to upgrade from a bench for Padre to a picnic table, accommodating more students. Will you help us reach this new goal?
Please continue to collect your clean caps and turn them in to the collection points in the Mohr Family Information Commons before the end of the school year.

Final Week of the Brebeuf Food DriveThursday, April 18 will mark the final day of our annual Brebeuf Food Drive. A huge thanks for the donations that have already come in, but we're not quite there yet! St. Vincent DePaul serves more families in need than any other food bank in the Midwest, and this is a critical time of year to provide food items to the individuals that rely on them for their daily meals (roughly 12,000 people per week). To further encourage participation, tomorrow (4/12) will be a sweatpants day for any students that bring in either $5 or 5 cans. Any donations after tomorrow can continue to be brought to the either the Community Service Office or the Chapel.

Would you consider making a donation to make our school dog THE Top Dog? Click here to donate now. Donations are due no later than Wednesday, April 24 at noon.
