The Cartographers by Peng Shepherd
"In this engrossing story of secrets, maps, and chosen family, Peng Shepard asks what makes a place "real": Seeing it on a map? Seeing it with your own eyes? Or is a place only as real as the people you find there? A must-read for fans of academic-flavored mystery craving a magical realist twist."

Library Stories
A little one ran over to the desk and very enthusiastically asked for books about Venus Flytraps because, "I just watched a video about them and they're so amazing!" When a librarian found one, he was so shocked he started asking, "but how, how, how, do libraries have so many books? Do you make them? How do they get the cardboard to stick to the paper? They must stay up all night making the books! That's not good for your brain!" - Young patron at Meadows Branch Library.
Two patrons entered the George Reynolds Branch. "I love, love, love this library. It's one of my favorite ones. I love the arches and the furniture - oh look at their staff picks!" - One said to their friend.
