AAPEXedu to Highlight Industry Trends

General Michael Hayden to Analyze America’s Cyber Security Situation
Retired four star General Michael Hayden, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the National Security Agency (NSA), will speak at the AAPEX 2016 General Session on Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 8 a.m. to 8:50 a.m., (PST), at the Venetian in Las Vegas. The AAPEX General Session is free to all AAPEX attendees and no pre-registration is required.
AAPEX Announces Program for Service Professionals - sponsored by MAHLE
AAPEXedu will again offer designated sessions for service professionals on Thursday, Nov. 3. Topics will cover many of the biggest challenges facing this segment of the industry, including digital marketing strategies, strengthening your brand, selling to tech savvy customers, rejuvenating your maintenance service business, and induction system diagnosis and repair. While the program is geared toward service professionals, sessions are open to all attendees. In addition, the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) Fall 2016 General Meeting is part of this year’s Service Professionals Program, and will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at the Sands Expo.
