PARENTS: you are still able to log into your Magnus account via Blackbaud on a desktop, nothing has changed with how you upload forms, however, the COVID 19 survey is only available in the app at this time. The username/password you will create is ONLY for the app. If you need to log into Magnus for any other reason, please access your Magnus Account through Blackbaud as usual.
Once you open the app click on the COVID 19 button.
If the requirement is incomplete click on that and it will take you to the survey.
Once you have answered all the questions and hit submit you will receive a message staging GO or STOP.
If you receive a stop message please call the Health Office at extension 170 or 189 to discuss with the nurses.
This form will reset each night at 12 a.m. and needs to be completed every day you will be in the building.
