All are Invited:
Come Celebrate with us Tonight at 6:30!

Tonight's the night of our church-wide, family-friendly Shrimp Boil Fellowship and Celebration!
(And boy oh boy, do we have a lot to celebrate!)  There will be plenty of corn, potatoes, sausages and even sandwiches for people who don't eat shrimp. (We have heard they exist!)
So, bring a lawn chair or blanket, and plan to CELEBRATE the Parkway Hills way - with food, music, games and fun.  Our Youth have committed to help serve, clean-up, and refill drinks!
Donations above the cost of the meal will benefit our youth program - so please give generously!
Meet our New Members!
We are so excited for you to get to know our new members.  Each one brings so many unique gifts and talents to share with the body of Christ!  One has a heart to serve the homeless, another wants to begin a casserole ministry, one has a global mission vision. They are already in our instant church directory - so please look them up, send them a note of welcome, and help them find their own ways to use their gifts to Welcome, Grow, Serve and Celebrate with us here at PHUMC!

Ken Allen- Ken is the founder of The Allen Company, and a marketing consultant with Exit Advantage RealtyHe is already an integral part of the Men's Group that meets on Thursday mornings at 7:15 am at Panera Bread. However, his greatest joy is being a father to both 18-year-old Lauren, who will be a freshman at the University of Denver this fall, and 15-year old Hayden, a rising 10th grader at Jackson Academy.
Trey, Renay, and Bierly Camp
Trey, who hails from Greenwood, is a director of the Jackson Hinds Library SystemRenay, who is from Grenada, is a technician at Fresenius Kidney Care. John, Haley, and Grace Evelyn Dollarhide
The Dollarhides are native Mississippians, John from Jackson and Haley from Yazoo City.  John is an attorney with Butler Snow practicing in Commercial Litigation.  Haley loves being a stay-at-home mom to Grace Evelyn, their sweet daughter who is about to have her first birthday.  Haley jumped right in to help with this year's Olympic VBS, and John is looking forward to getting involved with the Men’s Ministry. They both enjoy watching their daughter grow, and just celebrating God’s gift of life!  Haley loves cooking, and John tries to spend a few hours golfing whenever he can.
Allen and Jenn Gressett
Allen's passion is helping others, and he has found a way to do just that as an attorney with the Diaz Law FirmJenn stays busy managing national accounts and international orders for Kalalou, a wholesale home decor resource. They love to travel when they can carve out some free time, otherwise you will find them enjoying life with their Great Dane, Molly.  Fun Fact:  Bruce officiated at their wedding!

His daughter Lauren is a nurse at UMMC, and his daughter Kimberly is a rising senior at Petal High School.  Leslie loves touching lives as a nurse practitioner at St. Catherine's Village. Its mission is to help meet the spiritual and physical needs of the people in Blanchard, Haiti.
David and Lindsey Lynch
While taking part in the Discipleship Bible Study last year, David and Lindsey learned about the welcoming nature, acceptance and love of PHUMC, and they are excited to make us their church home.  Lindsey is a pharmacist at Canton Discount Drugs, having received her Pharm.D from UMMC. David is a tax attorney in Jackson helping people with estate and business planning and occasionally arguing with the IRS on taxpayers’ behalf. They live in Fondren and love to go running with their two dogs, Maggie and Ella.
