Together the districts listed above serve over 860,000 students per year – that’s about 1/6^th of the PreK-12 kids in Texas – more than half of whom are economically disadvantaged and disproportionately impacted by social determinants of health.

As a mission-focused nonprofit, we are committed to improving health equity for all children by delivering evidence-based health & wellness programs to under-resourced communities.
