Art Therapy Open Studio is a self-directed community space for people to spend time doing creative activities they enjoy, such as writing and art-making, while also being able to socialize or take a breather. This quarter join Wednesdays from 2:00 – 4:30 PM at the Student Wellness Center Room 1058 B . You'll have the freedom to choose the materials you want to work with and the option to stay as long as you would like. | Maroon Mental Health Matters
|
Maroon Mental Health Matters is a 3-hour pilot program designed to give participants the skills to help someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis. The course is tailored specifically for the University of Chicago community. It uses didactics, role-playing, and group discussion to help participants appropriately recognize and respond to mental health concerns or emotional crises. Register for an upcoming student training or staff/faculty training .
