Please note the following reminders for America To Go:
1) The full name and affiliation of all attendees is required to be included on the order when there are 10 or less attendees.
2) The same person cannot both order and approve an ATG order. If you are the Approver on an Index/Worktag, someone else needs to enter the order so it routes properly for Approval.
3) Different meals in the same order are not allowable – if there are multiple meal types (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for the same event, they need to be entered as individual orders in ATG due to per diem limitations for each meal type.
4) Retirement/Appreciation Events are only allowable on Local funds.
