Fourth of July Holiday Hours

The RVR pool and all other Ranch House activities will close at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 4. Please plan accordingly.
Candidate Meet and Greet Event
Homeowners will have a chance to meet the RVRMA Board candidates and ask them questions on Friday, July 10 at 5:30 p.m., at a virtual Meet the Candidates forum. 
Please RSVP to Kendra Ford at csm@rvrcommunity.com by Wednesday at 5 p.m. to receive the Zoom link for this event.
Ballots will be sent out by MondayJuly 6 via e-mail — as allowed by Colorado Law and our RVR By-Laws. Results of the vote will be announced at the RVR Annual Meeting on July 22.

Garfield County Stage 1 Fire Restriction

We are currently under a Stage 1 Fire Restriction in Garfield County. Learn about the different stages of fire restrictions here. . 
Please remember, there is no use of fireworks or explosive materials, including “exploding” targets or bullets and tracer rounds during a Stage 1 Fire Restriction.
Information on fire restrictions and bans can change rapidly. The most current information can and should be obtained from your local county or the U.S. Forest Service

Gym Update

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and our priority remains the health and safety of employees, homeowners and their families. 
At this time, we don't believe that we can safely open the Ranch House Gym.
 If you would like to borrow gym equipment from the Ranch House during this closure, please contact our General Manager, Sterling Page, at gm@rvrcommunity.com.

2020 River Valley Ranch Mowing & Irrigation Schedule

Pool Guest Policy
Homeowners may now bring up to 2 guests during the first morning reservation block Monday through Friday only. 

There are no guests allowed during the two other reservation blocks and no guest access on weekends, during any reservation block, no exceptions


Thank you for your patience, as we implement a new way of managing our pool. As we’ve said since the beginning of Covid-19 restrictions, our priority remains the health and safety of employees, homeowners and their families.

COVID - 19 Information

Garfield County Stays in Safer at Home Phase

Garfield County will remain in the “Safer at Home” phase of reopening even as Gov. Jared Polis announced Tuesday guidance for the “Protect Our Neighbors” phase.

According to a news release, Garfield County has seen 35 new COVID-19 cases in the past two weeks, which places it in the red/high category for virus prevalence. 

“To be in the green/low category requires 15 cases or less in a 14-day period,” the release states.
