VEGAN RECIPE OF THE WEEK!

Easy Slow Cooker Marinara

Ingredients:
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/2 can tomato paste
1.5 tsp dried basil
1.5 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup red wine
1/2 tsp sugar


Directions:
Put all ingredients into slow cooker, cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. If you like it less chunky, you can run through a blender or use an immersion blender. Use on noodles, pizza, etc.
