The Budget Town Hall and Joint Study Session of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and Metropolitan District signifies the beginning of the annual budget preparation process and is the first opportunity for residents to provide input for the 2019 budgets. If you can't attend the meeting, you can submit feedback to Master Association Executive Director Chris Pacetti at chrisp@kcranch.org or Metropolitan District Manager Melissa Daruna at melissad@kcranch.org.

Community Trash EventDate: Saturday, Sept. 22
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Location: Ranch House
Due to the popularity of the trash services at the annual Community Recycling and Cleanup Event in May, the Master Association will offer a trash disposal day on Saturday, Sept. 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Ranch House Parking Lot. This event will be for trash disposal ONLY. Waste Connections will have several trash trucks at the event so that you can dispose of your unwanted items. Please note that you cannot bring electronics, chemicals, paint, appliances or tires to the event. We will not have a chipper at the event, but you are welcome to bring limbs and yard waste for the trash truck.

Country Dance Class
Dates: Fridays, Oct. 5-26

Fee: Resident $60 per person or $100 per couple
Non-Resident $75 per person or $120 per couple
The Social Country Dance Sampler is a great dance class if you are curious about learning popular Country Western dances. Couples or singles are welcome to attend.

Equestrian Center Fall Clean-Up DayCome meet and get to know the Equestrian Center staff, Task Force Members, and fellow neighbors at the Equestrian Center Fall Clean-Up Event on Monday, Sept. 17 from 5:30 p.m. until sundown. Projects are available for all age groups with or without horse experience and are focused on beautifying the Equestrian Center space. Join everyone for hot dogs courtesy of the Equestrian Center and/or bring a sack dinner to enjoy alongside new friends. Meet at the Equestrian Center Office, which is located on the west side of the facility near the paved path. If available, please bring work gloves, rakes and brooms. Running late? No worries! Just hop in and join when you can.
