SIGGRAPH 2021 featured an incredible series of Talks, such as “Swish: Neural Network Cloth Simulation on ‘Madden NFL 21.′” In honor of the American football season coming to an end, SIGGRAPH met with a team of engineers at Electronic Arts (EA) to get the game plan on this real-time, machine learning-based cloth simulation technique used in EA’s “Madden NFL 21.”
