COVID-19 UPDATES
  • Masks are still required in all indoor spaces on campus. Free KN95 masks are available for pick up at the listed locations on the UO's Coronavirus Resources Website.
  • The UO's Monitoring and Assessment Program (MAP) provides free PCR testing for all students. Asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic testing available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. at McArthur Court
  • All students must receive a booster when eligible or request an exemption in compliance with the COVID-19 booster requirement by Friday, March 18.
  • Make sure to upload updated vaccination information under the "Immunizations" tab on myUOHealth.
UO EVENTS
  • Weave a mini rug for your mug with a Freebie Friday craft kit. Pick one up or sit down to craft at the EMU tomorrow, Feb. 25, noon–2:00 p.m.
  • Check out ONCE, a musical inflicted with Irish folk tradition and current pop. Opening night is tomorrow, Feb. 25, 7:30 p.m. at the Robinson Theater. Tickets are free for all UO students.
  • Celebrate National Study Abroad Day with free international snacks, games, prizes and more Monday, Feb. 28, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. at the EMU Upper Amphitheater.
  • Interested in local business and careers in bioscience? RSVP now to join the free Onward Career Tours: Exploring Biosciences trip Friday, March 4, 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
  • Go over the purpose of cover letters, the structure and what you should include at the virtual Cover Letter Workshop tomorrow, Feb. 25, 10:00–10:45 a.m. on Zoom.
  • Discuss different types of interviews, how to prepare and how to answer questions at the virtual Interviewing Workshop Monday, Feb. 28, 11:00–11:45 a.m. on Zoom.
  • Learn about credit and how to maintain good credit score at the virtual Crash Course to Credit Building Workshop Tuesday, March 1, 4:00–5:00 p.m. Registration required.
