I am pleased to announce a few personnel updates in our office and beyond.

We are pleased to announce that Patrick Manning, Ph.D., associate professor of Pastoral Theology, Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology, has been appointed director of the Center for Catholic Studies. Dr. Manning will continue as a member of the ICSST faculty in addition to this appointment.

Additionally, Seton Hall School of Law faculty member Jamie Pukl-Werbel ’98 will serve as the Special Advisor to the Provost for Academic Affairs. Jamie also has assumed the role of the new Assistant Dean of Experiential Education at the Law School.

Finally, Monsignor Joseph Reilly has assumed the role of Vice Provost for Academics and Catholic Identity. He supervises the director of Core Studies in implementing the strategy through the Core Offices, the Core Fellows and in collaboration with the University Core Committees. Msgr.
