Financial Wellness
The best way to keep track of your money is to create and maintain a budget. You can create a list of categories to identify and track your weekly/monthly spending. Once you have identified your list, you can prioritize your spending and ensure you have the necessary amount saved each month for your academic, personal, and social needs.

I want to register for a summer class—what do I need to do?
Summer registration begins on Monday, March 27. You will want to meet with your advisor before March 27 so you are ready to register for the classes they recommend. You do not need an alternate PIN for summer, but you will need one for fall registration. Please visit the Register for Classes website to learn more.

The IUP CPDC’s next installment of its Career Ready Seminar Series will be held Monday, March 27, at 6:00 p.m. in the Great Room in Elkin Hall and will be presented by IUP alumna and trustee Laurie Kuzneski. This informative discussion will cover company culture and how to determine if a company is the right fit for you.

Join the Haven Project on Monday, March 20, in the Elkin Hall Great Room at 6:00 p.m. to view OneLove’s Behind the Post and examine unhealthy relationship behaviors and the role social media can play.

The Ambassador of Mali to the United States, His Excellency Sekou Berthé, will give a lecture titled “West and Central Africa at the Crossroads of Global Security Challenges” on Tuesday, March 21, at 7:00 p.m. in Leonard B-11. The ambassador will discuss local rebels and international networks such as ISIS and Al-Qaeda operating in Sub-Saharan Africa. He will also describe US and European cooperation with African governments on security issues.
The event is free and open to the public. Attendance vouchers will be provided. Sponsored by the Pan-African Studies Program, the Office of International Education, the Eberly College of Business, and the College of Arts and Humanities.
