Wicked Festival coming on Nov. 6 |
Join the Radford University College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences in the Artis Center on the main campus in Radford for the 2025 Wicked Festival on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 5-8 p.m.
This year’s interdisciplinary festival promises to be the largest ever, with more than 20 faculty participating from all seven of Radford’s colleges and 635 students signed up to present their solutions to the world’s toughest public problems, including AI, mental health, climate, hunger, social media and inequality.

The festival will welcome distinguished speaker Jessica Wirgau, CEO of the Community Foundation of the New River Valley. Invited guests will include community organization leaders who will give real-world feedback to students on their problems and solutions. These student-faculty-community connections can lead to future research, volunteering, internships and jobs.
