Student Life is in partnership to present MPACT, a strengths-based leadership experience dedicated to cultivating valuable leadership skills that will empower students to lead change initiatives in the Miami community. As a participant, here are some of the experiences you will have over the course of the four days:
  • Become more self-aware of your leadership potential
  • Incorporate ethics and personal values in decision-making processes
  • Recognize and build on the power of teamwork
  • Experience and gain a better understanding of diversity
  • Analyze group dynamics in order to maximize your talents
  • Identify important personal values in connection with your unique purpose
  • Gain a greater awareness of your leadership and communication styles
  • Create and implement a change initiative at Miami University
The Institute will take place during the first half of spring break, March 17-20, 2018, at Higher Ground Retreat Center in West Harrison, Indiana.

Apply as soon as possible! Applications are due February 16th!

The programming fee is only $30 for all Miami students. If you have any difficulty providing the fee, please email Courtney Wallace about scholarships or the possibility of special arrangements.
