Book Signing with Lisa Dancing Light
Thursday, May 27 at 4p.m.

RVR resident, Lisa Dancing Light, is an educational specialist and internationally recognized recording artist and composer. She will be offering her first read and book signing event, poolside at the Ranch House, on Thursday, May 27 at 4p.m.

Lisa's book, Magic Mountain,  an environmentally focused children’s book for ages Pre-K  thru 3rd grade, is a story about a talking mountain that goes to sleep because people stop coming to hear his stories. When two children come to camp with their parents in the valley of Magic Mountain, they learn about Magic from a wise old owl and decide to journey up the mountain to see if they can awaken him and hear his stories.
It's the last day of school and we are encouraging kids to come by to enjoy the reading, meet the author and enjoy free popsicles or frozen treats!

COVID - 19 Information

Masks Required at The Ranch House
Yesterday the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that Americans who are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus may stop wearing masks or maintaining social distance in most indoor and outdoor settings, regardless of size. Employees and RVR residents have been required to wear masks and social distance when inside the Ranch House, following guidance from state and local entities, including the Garfield County Public Health Department. While today’s announcement is welcome news and is likely to change health requirements at the Ranch House, until Garfield County changes its guidance, we will continue to require masks and social distancing while inside the Ranch House. We will, of course, let you know as soon as we’re able to loosen our restrictions that have been place since March 2020.
