As graduates embark on this new chapter of their lives, I am confident in their potential to become the visionary leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
We also celebrated the impactful and transformative lives of our alumni, inducting three new members into the Thomas Green Clemson Academy of Engineers and Scientists and honoring three Outstanding Young Alumni. Each of these individuals has left an indelible mark on the world and has enriched our college community through their dedication and generosity. My heartfelt congratulations and gratitude go out to each of them.
The college’s faculty continues to conduct transformative research that pulls double duty as a way of finding solutions to the world's most challenging problems while creating exemplary educational experiences for students. Researchers are working across disciplines and collaborating with world-class partners in the public and private sectors to advance areas as varied as space exploration, carbon fiber, applied mathematics, exoskeletons, surgical robotics, cybersecurity and drug delivery. I extend my wholehearted congratulations to all those who have won awards recognizing research accomplishments, published papers and received grants for new research.
As we reflect on the remarkable achievements of our graduates, alumni and faculty, we are reminded of the enduring impact of our college community. Creating the next generation of leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs is a team endeavor. To those who wish to help, I invite you to click the “Make a Gift” tab. Every contribution is much appreciated, and your generosity plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our college.
