Associated Students’ Big Show has become a highly anticipated event at CSUN, bringing chart-topping performers and up-and-coming artists to the University Library lawn. This year’s headliner, Deorro, did not disappoint. There were also opening acts, lawn games and a giant, inflatable Matty the Matador, who watched over the festivities. Pianist Jason Moran had high praise for the student musicians who performed with him at The Soraya’s “Jazz at Naz” festival, in a special program to honor jazz legend Duke Ellington.

Award-winning TV writer and producer Dave Caplan created the mentorship program for students in the Department of Cinema and Television Arts, to help new writers improve their craft and launch their careers.

Fall 2025 registration isn’t far off! Check your fall enrollment appointment in the CSUN Portal Checklist, use the Degree Planning Tools and schedule an appointment for academic advising.

You can enroll in summer courses without an appointment — up to 13 units for the entire term. Choose from hundreds of classes across the curriculum, with six- and 12-week sessions. Instruction for Sessions 1 and 2 begins Tuesday, May 27.

CSUN Funder is the official crowdfunding platform for CSUN. It’s a tool designed for students, faculty and staff to raise money for an eligible campus program, organization or project approved by a CSUN faculty group or academic department.

Come to the Beach Volleyball Complex on campus to watch our Matadors take on Cal State L.A. and Cal State Bakersfield! The first 50 students will get an In-N-Out gift card.

Test-drive the latest in electric vehicles on Wednesday, April 9, at CSUN’s Institute for Sustainability’s fourth-annual EV Car Show.

The Veterans and Nazarian Alumni Chapters will host a panel discussion on preparing for your desired career. The event will provide valuable knowledge and networking opportunities, fulfilling the chapters’ mission of alumni engagement and lifelong learning.
