Dear Members,
The Special Meeting of Shareholders of The Oakville Club Limited ("the Club") will be held on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025, at 6:30 pm. The meeting will take place at The Oakville Club, 56 Water Street, Oakville, Ontario, for the following purposes:

To vote for the Upper Deck Restoration Project (To strengthen the deck's structural integrity and introduce a permanent roof over the patio, and enhance the members' experience. The project will move forward in alignment with the financial model presented).

To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. Holders of Class B shares of the Club are entitled to notice of, and to attend and vote at the meeting. Holders of Class B shares who are unable to attend the meeting are requested to date, sign, and return the enclosed proxy form.
