Fenwick Families,

In January, we asked people to let us know their intentions for the beginning of the second semester. We are asking once again.

If you plan to remain in your current learning arrangement, there is nothing that you need to do regardless of whether you were remote learning or in person. If you plan to change your status, a parent/guardian needs to email Mrs. Charly Ieremia (cieremia@fenwickfriars.com) no later than March 4th. In the email requesting the new learning format, please include the student’s full name and year of graduation. Please be aware that the change will take effect starting the week of March 8th.

Regardless of which form of learning you decide to commit to, this commitment will be in place through Spring Break. We will re-evaluate and send another communication prior to classes resuming on April 12th.

The Fenwick calendar has the designated in-person days assigned. Students choosing the hybrid format need to be aware of their schedule and attend all in-person days as required. Choosing to stay home and eLearn on an in-person day without reason is not an excused absence. Also, remember that if you are eLearning you must abide by all classroom guidelines and expectations. Students must participate in all live-streaming sessions and activities as outlined by the instructor. If a student will miss any class or classroom-related activities, the parents must call the school’s attendance office to let us know why they will not be in attendance.
Sincerely,

Peter Groom
Principal
