After 8 years, Peter Dominowski, GM of Northeast Indiana Public Radio's WBOI (89.1fm, Fort Wayne) retires. Mr. Dominowski worked in public media for 47 years. At the end of January, WBOI will have a new leader: former Fort Wayne TV news anchor Terra Brantley. Ms. Brantley retired from Nexstar CBS affiliate/WANE-TV (Channel 15, Fort Wayne) in 2021 after 28 years. WBOI Development Director and Associate GM David Hunter will be interim GM for this month.
Federated Media’s CHR/WMEE (97.3fm, Fort Wayne) morning co-host Colin Lutz (“Colin Matthews”) exits. Renee Cummings now hosts mornings solo.
Swick Broadcasting's WLKI-HD3, simulcast on W224BY (92.7fm, Angola) tweaks their name from 'Hot FM 92.7' to 'FM 92.7'. Otherwise, the station remains unchanged.
Taylor University Broadcasting's Contemporary Christian/WBCL (90.3fm, Fort Wayne) welcomes morning co-host Kim Bindel, who joins Jim Barron and Larry Bower. Ms. Bindel last worked for KNWS-FM in Waterloo, Iowa. Her broadcasting career also includes stops at WFFH and WayFM in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to WBCL in Fort Wayne, their network includes these stations and translators:

Since Gray's recent acquisition of Quincy Media (WPTAs former owner), both brands rolled out new websites: WPTA21 and Fort Wayne's NBC.
Finally, reporter Corinne Rose exits after 27 years. Ms. Rose also anchored and produced the Noon news for a decade.
Later this month, Federated Media's N-T/WOWO (1190am, Fort Wayne) and W298BB (107.5fm, Fort Wayne) News Director Darrin Wright will exit after 20 years in radio; the last 6 years with WOWO.
Also, a former WOWO late evening talk show host filed to run for the Democratic nomination in the third Congressional District. Gary Snyder hosted his eponymous show in late evenings (9pm until Midnight) starting in mid-June 2012. He also hosted a talk show on WBAT (1400am, Marion) in afternoon drive for about 3 years.
Where Are They Now? Former WPTA-TV ('ABC21') weekend evening meteorologist Payton Domschke joined the weather team at WKYC-TV in Cleveland, Ohio.
Northcentral
Jessica Green exits the Hoosier AM/FM Kokomo and Marion clusters. In Marion, she programmed CHR/WXXC (106.9fm, Marion) since March 2020. In Kokomo, she was cluster OM, programmed Hot AC/WZWZ (92.5fm, Kokomo), and hosted mornings. The Hoosier AM/FM Kokomo cluster consists of Rock/WMYK (98.5fm, Peru), ESPN/WIOU (1350am, Kokomo), and the aforementioned 'Z92.5' (WZWZ). Ms. Green first joined the Kokomo radio stations in 2010.
Kensington Digital Media promotes Woody Zimmerman to COO over their entire broadcast portfolio. Mr. Zimmerman remains GM of their Warsaw cluster: N-T/WRSW(AM) (1480am, Warsaw) and translator W259BJ (99.7fm, Warsaw) and News Director at Classic Rock/WRSW-FM (107.3fm, Warsaw) and Country/WAWC (103.5fm, Syracuse).
Also, WRSW-FM welcomes Mandy Whitaker to co-host their morning show. Ms. Whitaker also becomes the cluster's business manager, succeeding LaDonna Thompson (no relation to your editor). Ms. Thompson retired last year.
Northwest
Northwest Indiana Public Broadcasting's NPR-Variety/WLPR (89.1fm, Lowell) will boost their power from 1,100 watts to 4,900 watts at roughly the same antenna height from their existing tower site. 'Lakeshore Public Radio' signed on in early 2009.
Eastcentral
After 9 years, Joel Brantingham exits as News and Sports Director for Whitewater Broadcasting in Richmond. Mr. Brantingham is now News Director and 'Community Ties' host for Positive Radio Group's Country/WTGR (97.5fm, Union City Ohio).
Central
Nexstar's FOX affiliate WXIN-TV (Channel 59, Indianapolis) and CBS affiliate WTTV-TV (Channel 4, Bloomington)/WTTK-TV (Channel 29, Kokomo) adds several new faces.
Meteorologists Alyssa Andrews and Tucker Antico. Ms. Andrews last worked in Lexington, Kentucky at WTVQ-TV (but before that, she worked for WTWO-TV in Terre Haute). Mr. Antico last worked in Eau Claire, Wisconsin at WEAU-TV.
Reporter Eric Graves. Mr. Graves last worked in Huntsville, Alabama as a reporter and weekend morning anchor at WAFF-TV (Channel 48).
Alexa Ross joins as weekend sports anchor and reporter. Ms. Ross last worked in Rochester, New York as a sports anchor and reporter for WROC-TV.
Alia Blackburn earns a promotion to reporter and weekend evening anchor on 'CBS4'.
Finally, traffic anchor and reporter Rachel Bogle exits. She joined in early 2017 after working in mornings ('Kyle and Rachel') at Radio One's CHR/WNOW-FM (100.9fm, Speedway). Ms. Bogle is now in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where she's the evening news anchor for NBC affiliate WMBF-TV.
The syndicated Bob and Tom Show welcomes Marty Bender back into the fold, as a consulting member of their Affiliate Services Team. Mr. Bender was Bob and Tom's Executive Producer for years, along with OM/PD of their flagship Rock/WFBQ (94.7fm, Indianapolis).
'The Mock 'N Rob Show' will end January 28 on Emmis' N-T/WIBC (93.1fm, Indianapolis). Miriam Weaver ('Mock') and Rob Kendall began the show after Amy Jo Clark ('Daisy') left the formerly named 'Chicks on the Right' show in 2020. Ms. Weaver will join Ms. Clark to continue their work with the 'Chicks on the Right' brand.
Finally, Rob Connett exits as news anchor & reporter for WIBC. In 2018, Mr. Connett started at Emmis/Indianapolis in their promotions department.
3 Towers Broadcasting's Hot AC WSVX-AM (1520am, Shelbyville) recently installed a new Armstrong transmitter.

Veteran Terre Haute broadcaster Frank Rush joins for afternoons at JKO Media Group's Classic Hits/WMMC (105.9fm, Marshall, Illinois). Mr. Rush last was News Director at DLC Media.
