RVR Community Satisfaction Survey
If you haven't done so already, we invite you to complete the Community Satisfaction Survey. At this time, only 40% of residents have responded, based on the number completed. We ask that one survey per household be submitted.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Thanks for taking the time to share your views!

This week's featured photo comes to us from RVR General Manager, Ashley Lynch. Ashley took this picture while out for a winter ride on his fat bike on the Prince Creek trail system. Thank you for sharing, Ashley!
We'd like to feature your picture in an upcoming newsletter. If you're interested in having your photo highlighted in the weekly news, please submit images to: jessica.hennessy@rvrma.org.
Did You Know?
RVR is a special place and there are many details about the community that many may not be aware of. To help inform homeowners about all of RVR's unique features, we will run a "Did You Know" section in the weekly newsletter.
Did you know that the Town of Carbondale owns and operates the public streets at RVR and also the sanitary sewer and potable water services? The Town is responsible for repairing, replacing, and maintaining all public streets at RVR including snow removal and for all paved bike paths and walking trails at RVR. The Town also issues all building permits at RVR.
The Town administrative offices can be reached at 970-963-2733. Visit their website at  www.carbondalegov.org.

Reminders & Highlights

Green Tip
Please enjoy the following eco-friendly tidbit brought to you by Friends of the Environment:
Many people enjoy the speed and convenience of single serve coffee makers. But if you use the standard individual plastic pods, that's a lot of waste. The best option is a reusable single serve coffee pod, which can be refilled and reused many times. A reusable pod also allows you to brew any brand of coffee you want, and will save money too, as a reusable pod is a less expensive option than the plastic single use pods. As a bonus, when the coffee grounds are cleaned from the reusable pod, they can be composted.
Member Profile Updates
The front desk will be updating Ranch House member accounts in the upcoming weeks. Members may be asked to take a new profile picture or fill out an updated liability waiver for our records.
Thank you for your patience while we perform this necessary update!
