In keeping with our commitment to remain Eugene's PREMIERE Health Club, exciting changes are in progress at the DAC! Be on the lookout for new equipment and additions in the next few weeks.
Construction is slated to begin on the second floor on Monday, August 21 and we are aiming for completion in September. During this time, some areas may be impacted, but we are keeping as much open as we can during construction by phasing improvements of the current cardio and weight room.
We apologize for the dust and the noise, and truly appreciate your patience during this time. More information about the renovation will be available on our website.
*All dates and plans are tentative and may be subject to change.

No time to cook or prep? No problem! Simply layer the ingredients in the jar, cover with almond milk and store in the fridge. The red juicy cherries add just the right amount of flavor and sweetness to the recipe. Fiber and protein from the oats mean that you will feel full for hours and the chia seeds provide healthy omega-3. Grab a jar as you head off to work in the morning, or to be ready for the weekend camping trip. Don't forget your spoon!
