The employee submitted the I-9 form but it routed to the ESM Team, can you please route it to me? (WSQ Only)
I-9 Partners should be aware that specific to
rehires only the I-9 will not route to you until the start date of the position. We often receive this ticket for future-dated rehires; while you can submit a future-dated hire transaction into PeopleSync please do so within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally as noted in the previous issue, a rehire with no break in service may not require a new I-9; refer to the
I-9 tip sheet.
I can’t see my sup orgs anymore – can you fix this?
From time to time we receive this question from a manager or HR Analyst. In many cases, the employee is unable to view the sup org because access has been removed by the Security Partner. If you are the Security Partner please remember to inform employees of changes
to role assignments.
To review the role assignment, go to the employee record and select Security > View Role Assignments. Note that employees who are assigned to roles such as HR Analyst, etc., can view their assigned sup orgs through Menu > My Dashboard > Organizations I Support.
